According to "Black Voice's" the young lady who was featured in the Michael Jackson' Thriller video is suing for royalties not received.
Now the interesting thing according to the "Michael Jackson" fan club, is back in 2007, Ms. Ola Ray had this to say:
"I remember that day like it was yesterday. I am so excited that people are still talking about it, still remembering it."

She's also quoted as saying, "I didn't know that I was going to be a part of history, but that is the way it turned out. I'm thankful."
Ola Ray said she wanted to apologize to Michael Jackson because for a long time she thought he failed to pay her for her role in the video. But since then she discovered someone else was holding back her money. For the future, Ray plans to come out with a book and start a music career of her own. Per the Michael Jackson Fan Club.
What changed Ms. Ray's mind? Perhaps she's in need of money. Is she looking for another 15 minutes of fame? I remember the first time I saw Ms. Ray in the Thriller, I just knew that we, the public, would be hearing a lot more on the once talented beautiful lady. Maybe during the "Thriller" event, she could have picked and chose her path of success. Thriller was about 26 - 27 years ago. Now to be fair, Ms. Ray has an impressive bio, as she's appeared in quite a few movies and television shows.

Ms. Ray was born on August 26, 1960 in St. Louis , Missouri. She was 22 years old when she won the "Thriller" part. This is what she said after winning the part:
"The minute I walked into the audition I knew it was mine," she says. "I read a few lines, danced to some music and the rest is history." "It helped that I was crazy about Michael and he seemed taken by the fact I was a Playboy model." "Everyone thinks I made millions but I don't care... I wouldn't change anything."
Ms. Ray has had her demons as in 1992 she was arrested for cocaine drugs. Now she's back, suing Mr. Jackson.
Her attorney, Jason Feldman, told the NYC's, Daily News, "She just wants to get her fair share of payments from this extremely successful project that she's very proud of," "She did receive some payments early on, but we don't believe they were complete, and they were never timely."

Mr. Jackson's camp claim that Ms. Ray was paid an undisclosed amount through the Screen Actors Guild in 1998. Now the question is what happened? Is she due more money? What happened to her book? And who would be interested in reading her book? Her claim to fame is being Michael Jackson's girlfriend in mega hit, "Thriller" and being arrested for cocaine. She also did the Playboy spread and a few small parts in some movies. I don't know.
